Fuel Performance with No-Bake Energy Bites

Energy Bites are a tasty high-performance snack. They’re fun to make and easy to grab if you’re on the go. These treats provide a nutritious balance of carbohydrates, protein, fat, and fiber to help stave off hunger and fuel your day. They’re the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or post-workout fuel too. The best part: No cooking or baking is needed! Just mix, shape, and enjoy.



  • 1¼ cups old-fashioned rolled oats (uncooked)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup mashed ripe banana (raw or frozen)
  • 16 chocolate chips (optional)


In a medium-sized bowl, combine the oats and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, mash the banana.
Add honey and peanut butter to the mashed banana.
Add banana mixture to the oats mixture. Stir well.
Shape into 8 uniform balls.
If desired, add two chocolate chips on top of each ball.
Store in sealed container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
