NO-BAKE ENERGY BITES

1¼ cups old-fashioned rolled oats (uncooked)

½ tsp cinnamon
·
½ Tbsp honey
·
3 Tbsp natural peanut butter
·
½ cup mashed ripe banana (raw or frozen)
·
16 chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the oats and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mash the banana.
- Add honey and peanut butter to the mashed banana.
- Add banana mixture to the oats mixture. Stir well.
- Shape into 8 uniform balls.
- If desired, add two chocolate chips on top of each ball.
- Store in sealed container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
