Tim is a project manager and physical and nutritional fitness content team lead. He oversees HPRC’s physical fitness domain. He develops educational materials to promote and enhance Service Members’ physical fitness.

Michael W. Martin Jr. is a retired U.S. Navy senior chief, powerlifter, firefighter, and founder of a coaching platform that combines evidence-based psychology with Stoic principles to help high performers overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.
Maria Mcconville, MS, RDN, CPT
Maria is a senior nutrition health educator for HPRC. She works to combine nutrition and fitness to empower others to strive for nourishment of mind, body, and soul.
Gabriel Paoletti, EdD, MAPP
Dr. Paoletti is the director of HPRC and HPO Integration. He is a subject-matter expert in mental skills, positive and performance psychology, resilience, and leadership.
Toby Ralph
Toby Ralph is a military spouse, father, and certified personal trainer. He believes that gaining control over your mental and physical health is key to successfully navigating daily stressors. Toby regularly works within the military community to help Service Members and their families achieve their health and fitness goals.
Whitney Tramel, MS, CSCS, TSAC-F
Whitney is HPRC’s senior health education administrator. As a subject-matter expert in strength and conditioning and stress physiology, Whitney works to implement research-based practices related to optimizing all areas of human performance for Service Members.
